Antibody Dilution is an efficient diluent containing various antibody protective agents. The dilution buffer has the properties of enhancing antibody activity and stability, reducing non-specific binding, and improving the specificity and sensitivity of experiments.
KEY FEATURES
High Versatility
No cross-reactivity with antibodies or target proteins, provides a higher signal-noise ratio compared to non-fat milk or BSA.
Suitable for phosphoproteins detection.
Enhanced Antibody Stability And Performance Antibodies diluted with this formulation can be stored at 4°C for up to 6 months without repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Fig1. Accelerated stability testing of the primary and HRP-conjugated secondary
antibodies dilution with YamayBio Antibody Diluent(Cat.NO.: BM3153).
a. Rabbit anti-GAPDH primart antibody and b. Goat anti-Rabbit IgG(H + L), HRP-conjugated secondary antibody were diluted 1:5000. Diluted antibodies were stored at 4°C and 37°C for 14 days to Western Blot analysis.
Bands obtained from antibodies stored at 37°C were comparable to those stored at 4°C, demonstrating excellent stability.

Quick Start Protocol
1. Calculate the required volumes of antibody and Universal Antibody Dilution Buffer based on the appropriate dilution ratio. The final volume should be sufficient to completely cover the membrane in the incubation box. Typically, 5–10 mL of dilution buffer is recommended.
2.Transfer the calculated volume of Universal Antibody Dilution Buffer into a 15 mL or 50 mL centrifuge tube, depending on the total volume required. Then, add the corresponding volume of antibody to the buffer.
3.Close the cap tightly and gently invert, tip, and swirl the tube several times to mix.
4.Carefully pour the prepared antibody solution into the incubation box, ensuring the membrane is fully covered.
